Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at a temperature between +2/+6°C and consume within 3 days.

USETo be enjoyed hot during a convivial dinner with croutons or with vol au vent, but also excellent as a condiment for fabulous first courses and to whisk risotto.
It can also accompany meat-based main courses or simply to embellish original appetizers.
