INGREDIENTS Cheeses (milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments) 50% (table cheeses and fontina P.D.O 20%), water, cream, prepared with black truffle 3% (black summer truffle 90% (Tuber aestivum Vitt), water, salt), cornstarch, egg yolk, melting salt: sodium citrate, preservative: sorbic acid, flavoring.
Product WITHOUT COLORING.
GLUTEN FREE product.
STORAGE Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at a temperature between +2/+6°C and consume within 3 days.
USE To be enjoyed hot during a convivial dinner with croutons or with vol au vent, but also excellent as a condiment for fabulous first courses and to whisk risotto.
It can also accompany meat-based main courses or simply to embellish original appetizers.
