Jambon de Bosses DOP 950gr - mountain ham without bone, matured 17-18 months

A very rare ham, of which only 4,000 pieces are produced each year, in one of Europe`s highest ripens. In Valle d`Aosta the hams are ripened over mountain hay for at least 16 months. He is a little more spicy and full of flavor than his cousins from Emilia or from Friuli. Very limited available.
